Saemidori
Saemidori cultivar
Mainly cultivated in the Kyushu region of southern Japan, and especially the prefecture of Kagoshima. It was developed in the 1990's, principally to solve the problem of frost damage to the Asatuyu cultivar leaves in early Spring.
